Victorian Team Rocket WIP

So...did the same thing with this one, inked it on the wrong paper, so this will eventually just become a color tester until I can find the paper I wanted to use.  I was going to make them resemble everyone's favorite Team Rocket duo, but decided not to.  Haven't decided names for them yet, but I am leaning towards Jack and Jill for some reason.  Might make some more design edits, but otherwise rather happy with how they came out.
